Subscriber Management is the audience dashboard for your 📝Newsletters — the live view of who subscribes, how they're segmented, and how your list is growing. It exists so you can run your audience from inside MythOS instead of a separate email tool: counts, cadence breakdowns, per-topic membership, and the full subscriber list in one place. It's for any newsletter-enabled creator who wants to understand and tend their list.
Key Capabilities
- Audience overview — total active subscribers plus a count awaiting double-opt-in confirmation
- Cadence breakdown — how many subscribers receive instant, daily, weekly, or monthly delivery
- Growth tracking — net adds and removals over the last 7 and 30 days
- Per-topic counts — subscribers per topic, plus an all-updates total
- Searchable list — filter by topic, frequency, or mode and search by email
- Per-subscriber editing — update names, custom fields, cadence, mode, and topic membership
- List hygiene — remove a subscriber, or load many at once via bulk import
Getting Started
The newsletter, including this dashboard, is an 📝Oracle-tier capability.
- Open Settings → Newsletter → Subscribers
- Review the cadence, growth, and per-topic cards at the top
- Search or filter the list, then click any subscriber to edit their details
- Use Bulk import to add an existing list, or the row's trash action to remove a subscriber
FAQ
- How many subscribers can I have? Up to 25,000 per creator; the cap counts both active and pending (awaiting-confirmation) subscriptions.
- What does "awaiting confirmation" mean? Subscribers who joined through the public form but haven't clicked the double-opt-in link yet; they receive nothing until they confirm.
- What delivery cadences are tracked? Instant, daily, weekly, and monthly. Broadcasts-only subscribers (cadence "none") still receive broadcasts but aren't charted as a cadence.
- Can I add a single subscriber by hand? The dashboard adds subscribers through bulk CSV import; otherwise people subscribe themselves through your subscribe link.
- Can I export my list? Not from this dashboard today — it's built for in-app management, search, and editing.
