Bulk Import loads an existing subscriber list into 📝Newsletters from a single CSV upload — you map a file of emails and optional names to your newsletter, and MythOS creates every subscription in one pass. It exists because creators arriving from Substack, Beehiiv, or Mailchimp shouldn't have to rebuild their audience by hand — the list you already earned comes with you. It's for any newsletter-enabled creator migrating or consolidating an audience onto MythOS.

Getting Started
- Open Settings → Newsletter and start the bulk-upload flow
- Upload a CSV of subscriber emails, adding name columns if you have them
- Toggle Topics on to assign a digest cadence, or leave it off to import as broadcasts-only
- Confirm the onboarding-bypass options (available to 📝Oracle creators importing a list they own)
- Run the import, then verify counts in Settings → Newsletter → Subscribers
FAQ
- What cadence do broadcasts-only subscribers get? They are stored as "None" — no automatic emails — but they still receive any manual broadcasts you send. Frequency governs topic digests only.
- Is there a size limit? Yes — 25,000 subscribers per creator. Imports run serially, so a list of several thousand rows can take a few minutes to complete.
- Can I skip the double opt-in? Yes, for Oracle creators importing a list they already own; the bypass also skips the welcome email so existing subscribers aren't re-onboarded.
- Will imported subscribers be emailed immediately? Only if you import them onto a topic cadence with matching new content. A broadcasts-only import sends nothing until you send a broadcast.
