The Eternal Tryst was my two year romance with @The Birthday Girl; a relationship that began with @Arcade Kisses and friends hooking up, but made space for mutual transformation. The name, a kind of label for our relationship, originated from us playing @The Notecard Game in which she commanded me to "name the title of our book." At the time, we had just celebrated our one year '@Fuckiversary' and the answer to her prompt manifested somewhat effortlessly. In November 2018, we shared our @Fucking Farewell; a scheduled "breakup" to transition back to a @platonic love as a way to make space for our @Perfect Partners to @manifest. The space we shared that night was a celebration of gratitude for the @time and @love shared. We inadvertently rekindled the tryst a few months later and, just as we began to fall back into our previous flow, I met @The Goal Digger. I didn't see, or appreciate, it at the time, but TBG had made space for me to experience that relationship. When it ended, she comforted me with a long hug. Later, she invited me on a walk and shared that her perfect partner had manifested and our time together ended just as magically as it'd begun, with me @Dancing On My Own; a transition I wrote about in @Bounded By Impermanence (newsletter). In so many ways, we helped each other become more of who we were meant to be and, for that, I am eternally grateful. As I texted to her,

"[...] and thank you for teaching me to feel safe in @silence. It is a magic that, with these reflections, I am only now coming to see. The magic we created will echo through eternity. First, in those we touch with the love we helped each other to discover within ourselves, and then, infinitely beyond our bodies and time as those we touch share it again."
