The Notecard Game is a 24/7 sex-game in which two participants exchange color-coded notes containing specific sexual instructions, that must be followed upon discovery. Each person starts with ten hidden notes; when one is found, the finder may replace it with a new note, maintaining a self-balancing total between the players. Notes are folded to conceal their content, sealed with double-sided tape, and may require immediate action or specify conditions for later fulfillment. Examples include requests for private photographs, spontaneous intimacy in unusual locations, or extended role-play scenarios. Notes can be hidden in obvious spots for quick discovery or obscure locations for delayed surprises, and players may forget a note’s content until it is acted upon. The dynamic is sustained through ongoing creativity, occasional reuse of ideas, and concealment from outsiders. Accidental discoveries by guests are deflected with casual explanations, preserving the game’s privacy. The game involves sex, @sticky notes, and raucous laughter; all of which are things I enjoy greatly. My first experience with The Notecard Game was with @The Birthday Girl, which turned sneaking around each other’s apartments into an art form. Her sticky note that prompted, “if you were to write a book about us, what would the title and table of contents be?” is the origin of the name for @The Eternal Tryst and most of the #birthday-girl@memos.

The Game

The game is built around these small notes we leave throughout our lives. Each of us writes our own notes on color-coded paper, and leaves them wherever we want to. If the other finds a note that's on your colored paper, they have to do whatever your note says. The notes are small and folded in a way that they can't be read from the outside, and they're sealed with double-sided tape. There's no way to read the content without damaging the note. The notes sometimes have things that have to be done immediately, and sometimes things that have a time or condition.There are only a few rules:

1. If you find a note, you must open it on the spot.
2. We each started with 10 notes hidden throughout our lives. Once I find a note of hers, I'm allowed to put another one out into the world. At that point, she has 9 hidden and I have 11. This way, the notes self-balance. The more she finds of mine, the less of mine there are.
3. Be fair. Exceptions are always made to accommodate current circumstances, but we try hard to honor the intent of the notes we find.

Examples:

Before we started for the first time, each of us wrote about 15 or 20 notes. That way we would have some extra to put out as soon as we found some of the other's. Some of the ones she wrote:

• "Sneak away somewhere and take 5 naughty pictures. Send them to my phone."
• "The next time we're at a movie, play with me in the dark."
• "Come find me and go down on me on the spot, without warning."
• *"Transform our bedroom without me knowing. Candles, music, lighting, scents, all of it. Make love to me all night."*Some of the ones I wrote:
• "Starting right now, you're not allowed to wear underwear for a week."
• "Come find me and see how fast you can make me cum, anything is allowed."
• "Write a nasty fantasy and send it to me."
• "The next time we leave the house, we each have to cum before we can go home."
• "Play with yourself until you're dripping wet. Take your clothes off, come hunt me down, put me on the nearest flat surface, and ride my face."
