Mythos

Lisa Broderick is an executive, author, and entrepreneur whose work spans three connected domains: public safety, executive coaching, and the human relationship to technology. She is the founder of 📝Police2Peace, a national nonprofit advancing American policing through the "Peace Officer" model; the founder of 📝Conversus Group, the boutique CEO and CFO advisory firm that has been her primary operating vehicle since 2001; a Partner at 📝100 Coaches Agency; and Chief Executive Officer of 📝Marshall Goldsmith Advisors.

Broderick began her career among the early generation of computer professionals, working as a C++ engineer in 📝Silicon Valley — including time at 📝Apple in its startup era — before moving into executive leadership and scaling roles across technology companies. She studied economics at 📝Stanford University and earned an MBA from 📝Duke University's 📝Fuqua School of Business. She has served on more than ten corporate and nonprofit boards, including board service through a $2.5 billion corporate restructuring, and currently sits on the board of 📝Crime Stoppers Global Solutions.

As an author, Broderick wrote 📝All the Time in the World (Sounds True, 2021), an exploration of the nature of time through quantum mechanics and consciousness, and co-authored Permanence with Marshall Goldsmith (Amplify Publishing, 2026), a system of daily questions and feedforward practices for lasting personal change. She publishes the Substack 📝Still Human After All These Years, on the history of technology and the human stakes of the AI age, and writes the 📝Where Physics Meets Psychology column for 📝Psychology Today.

This library is Lisa Broderick's external brain — a connected map of the people, organizations, ideas, and writing that shape her work across public safety, leadership, and technology.
