Mythos

All the Time in the World is a 2021 book, published by Sounds True, that explores how human beings can change their experience of time.

The book draws on quantum mechanics, neuroscience, and contemplative practice to argue that the everyday perception of time is malleable and can be consciously influenced. It combines theories of time — including the observer effect and the idea that time emerges from interaction rather than being fundamental — with practical exercises in attention, perception, and meditation. The book carries a foreword by don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements.

I wrote All the Time in the World, published by Sounds True in 2021. It reflects my background as a Transcendental Meditation practitioner and longtime student of mental imagery.
