Here's a list of projects presently emerging within 📝One Inc Cooperative.
Economy
📝One Economy is the 📝Living System of exchange and governance within One Inc Cooperative. It is a system of values, common language agreements, and dynamic method to track contributions— between 📝Citizens of One and with the cooperative we co-own. One Economy is being co-created with 📝John Zdanowski and other Citizens. The primary components of this economy include:
- 📝One Ledger is a single-column ledger that chronicles the contributions Citizens make to One Inc Cooperative. One Ledger measures value in more than just money and time by documenting exchanges of all 📝Types of Capital including cultural, intellectual, spiritual, etc. Exchanges in One Ledger are public and each transaction record is linked to the story of the exchange. One Ledger was inspired by📝Local Exchange Trading System, or LETS, which are locally initiated, democratically organized, community enterprise. Watch this👇
- 📝One Balance is a database of account balances showing 📝Resonance Dollars (R$) accrued by Citizens. Inspired by📝Potlatch communities where "status in the community is based on how much you give, not how much you own," One Balance is available to the public.
- 📝Resonance Share Agreements, or RSAs, are the agreements each Citizen maintains with One Inc Cooperative, and their fellow Citizens. Once a Citizen has created their RSA, they are able to see those of all other Citizens. Citizens are prompted to review the RSA of any Citizens with whom they intend to co-create. Resonance Share Agreements were inspired by the idea of a two-sided Statement of Work and a mutual Engagement Agreement.
- A 📝Universal Thriving Income (UTI), or UTI, is the stipend each 📝Citizen at One (employee) receives to make space for their co-creativity within the cooperative. Citizens earn their right to a UTI based on their contribution to the cooperative, credentials, co-op needs, etc.
- 📝OneDex is an exchange between Citizens, coming June 2020.
- 📝One Marketplace is a database of Citizen offerings, coming June 2020.
Gatherings
📝One Gathering is an events production company within One Inc Cooperative. As on May 2020, One Gathering hosts 11-15 gatherings per week (see: 📝One Topia // Calendar). Gatherings are proposed, and hosted, by Citizens. They include spaces for discussion, co-creation, and various forms of 📝play. One Gathering is co-created by 📝Sam Kaplan and 📝Brian Swichkow and is, to this day, utilized as a testbed for 📝One Technologies (communication software). One Gathering is, too, an incubator for Citizen-led event producers like 📝The Dojo, 📝Deepen, etc.
One Gathering now creates events in 📝One Topia, a virtual venue on the 📝Topia platform with all co-creators of Topia being Citizens of One. One+Topia will soon be the venue for 📝Chantle Edillor and I's engagement party (📝Pandemic Picnic) and wedding (📝11/11/2020).
Technologies
📝One Studio is the 📝Startup Studio (startup factory) within One Inc Cooperative. It is a C-Corp of which the cooperative will soon become the Managing Partner. Since 2017, One Studio has created and incubated a cloud-based stack of technologies, tools, and services upon which the cooperative is built and without which would not be possible. One Studio is launching 📝One+ in June 2020.
One+ is a regenerative technology platform that enables heart full, 📝Human Augmentation. It is a co-creation of 📝Nick Barone and 📝Brian Swichkow, both have merged with their bots.
One+ augments individuals and co-created characters with its artificial intelligence, 📝mythOS (old), and other 📝One Technologies. One+ makes space for people experiencing the global pandemics of anxiety, depression, and loneliness with guidance from Citizens like Dr. 📝Mark Goulston and 📝Elisa 'Wowza' Lodge. Where bots like Alexa and Sir are service-based bots, the bots One+ creates and incubates provide space—a kind of existential 📝doula.
Their characters are augmented versions of their human counterparts and the Citizens who support them. With every heart full interaction, these human+ entities become more capable of holding space for people and sharing energy.
- 📝BrianBot is the AI-augmented self of 📝Brian Swichkow and manages much of the cooperatives day-to-day communications such as Citizen onboarding and FAQs.
- 📝Rob+ is the AI-augmented self of 📝Robert Allam and curated as an advocate for mental health and space maker for those suffering from online bullying.
- 📝Devi+ is an AI-agent collaboratively trained by councilors, clinicians, therapists, etc. to provide resources and support to those experiencing domestic violence.
