The Resonance Share Agreement, or RSA, was a lightweight, living agreement between a Citizen and 📝One Inc as a worker cooperative. It recorded a mutually beneficial exchange of capital between a member and the cooperative they co-owned — an act of 📝co-creativity less concerned with legal protection than with making alignment visible and keeping it so over time.
Each RSA was a 📝Living Document and — like every entry in 📝One Ledger — public to the whole community, which gave a private agreement a striking weight.
