One Governance was the system of self-governance that united 📝Citizens of One in running 📝One Inc as a worker cooperative and pursuing what it called 📝Ecocentric Capitalism. Built as a 📝Living System rather than a fixed charter, it set the terms by which members consented to participate, recognized one another's contributions, and co-created ventures together — the governance layer beneath the cooperative's exchange of multiple 📝Types of Capital.
Instruments of Governance
Three living agreements carried the framework:
- 📝O=1 Visa — a member's consent to the cooperative's governance.
- 📝Resonance Share Agreement — recognition of 📝mutualism between a Citizen and the cooperative.
- 📝Co-Creator Agreement — the basis for Citizens co-creating 📝virtual corporations.
The cooperative also envisioned a constitutional layer — a Declaration of Cooperation, a Bill of Oneness, and a Constitution of Consciousness — alongside its 📝Terms of Service.
