Its design drew on three sources: the 📝Local Exchange Trading System model that thrived during the Great Depression, the 📝Types of Capital framework outlined in 📝The Ascent of Humanity, and the Lindex — the in-world currency exchange of 📝Second Life, which co-founder 📝John Zdanowski knew first-hand as its former CFO.
