Self-RADAR Pre-Population is an agentic workflow in which an AI assistant drafts a weekly 📝Self-RADAR from the week's own records, leaving the person to review, deepen, and approve rather than write from a blank page.
The Self-RADAR is a weekly relationship-with-self check-in organized across the 📝Types of Capital: Spiritual, Natural, Financial, Social, and Emotional. Filled by hand, it asks the writer to reconstruct seven days from memory. Pre-population replaces reconstruction with retrieval: an agent pulls the week's journals, calendar, calls, commits, and library activity through the 📝Model Context Protocol (MCP) and command-line tools, then sorts each item into the capital it belongs to.
The workflow runs from a memo template whose body is the Self-RADAR skeleton and whose agent notes carry the formatting contract. The invocation is a single phrase, "pre-populate my self-radar," which routes the agent to the 📝Self-RADAR Pre-Population Process runbook and from there to the template.
How a Run Works
A run covers one Sunday-to-Saturday week. The agent gathers every source in parallel, then reconciles the week's code commits into the matching 📝Daily Memo entries so the journals account for the work. It reports each day's gaps by span (the missing morning, the unaccounted evening) and fills them in a short conversation with the person. Only then does it draft the Self-RADAR, once, against complete journals. The draft stops at a review checkpoint: a source summary, the proposed changes, and one question. Nothing is written until the person approves.
The Formatting Contract
The template's rules keep the draft honest. The agent uses only what the sources state and never infers feeling. It never fills 📝Financial Capital balances or Action Points, and unchecked tasks never count as done. Existing hand edits are preserved rather than regenerated. Activities such as dates, therapy, and gatherings appear twice by design: by day under 📝Spiritual Capital and by theme under Social or Emotional Capital. Felt sections (Activations, Acknowledgements and Gratitude, Review and Reflections) are drafted as scaffolds in the person's own voice, meant to be overwritten.

My agents pull my daily memos through the 📝MythOS MCP, my calendar through the 📝Google Calendar CLI, my recorded calls through the 📝Wispr Flow MCP, and my week's commits from 📝GitHub. Where the journal has holes, a journaling companion asks me short questions until the week is whole. Saturday morning opens to a draft of my life I only have to feel into.
