Mythos

RADAR is a structured communication framework originally developed by the creators of the @Multiamory podcast to support regular, intentional check-ins in romantic relationships. The acronym stands for Review, Agree, Discuss, Action, and Reconnect, representing a monthly practice designed to foster clarity, connection, and continuous relationship improvement. Each stage serves a specific purpose: reviewing the past month, agreeing on discussion topics, discussing those topics, creating actionable resolutions, and ending with a reconnecting ritual. RADAR has been widely adopted in @Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM) and non-traditional relationship communities as a tool for emotional hygiene and relational maintenance. I adapted the RADAR format into a solo practice I call @Self-RADAR, which I use for weekly check-ins within @MythOS. Instead of mapping a shared relational field, I map my own internal terrain—what’s working, what needs repair, and what wants to be nourished. This ritual became a container for integrating parts of myself, observing emotional weather systems, and reorienting to the deeper mythic arcs I'm living through. It’s like being in relationship with myself as if I were a partner I genuinely wanted to understand and grow with. In a way, Self-RADAR is my commitment to sovereign intimacy.
