Malcolm and I were each "Director of Mergers & Acquisitions" at two different companies performing roll-ups in the earliest days of the Internet. I was at 📝Interliant.
Malcolm was with 📝John McIntyre and me when we presented our concept of a roll-up in the web hosting space to 📝John Van Hooser and his partners at JPMorgan Capital.
We raised $60m - in no small part due to Malcolm being a part of the story.
