The agency delivered strategy, education, and growth for one multi-billion dollar private equity group, Fortune 100 companies like Unilever and Kraft Foods, and numerous venture-backed startups spanning multiple industries—from social platforms to consumer goods.
However, through years of defining and contextualizing what makes something “worthy,” Swichkow sensed a crack in the concept--if people are going to talk about the things we do, shouldn't we first ask “are they worth doing?”
Partnering and finding resonance with John Zdanowski in 2018, the answer to Swichkow’s question emerged as a realization that a new kind of agency had to be birthed, one that took a more attuned approach to community rather than a methodology focused on shadowed manipulation. By mid-2019, Ghost Influence was merged with One Inc Cooperative and became One Studio.
