Mythos

The Front Page is a colloquial reference to the designation @Reddit has as "the front page of the internet" [1][2] Content that "hits the front page" has garnered enough @Upvotes in the @subreddit to which it was submitted to rise into the top 25 of #reddit's @r/popular; an aggregation of all submissions to all subreddits. The media that reaches this position can attract upwards of five million views within the span of a few hours and—then found by members of the press—generate tens, if not hundreds, of millions of @Earned Media impressions.

Personalized Experience

The term "Front Page" also references the primary feed—viewed by clicking the Reddit logo in the top left corner—which is an aggregate of all subreddit submissions to which a user is subscribed.
