Nathanial Roberts is an 🏷️#investor, mentor, and product developer whose work spans short-term rentals, packaging innovation, and consumer product design. He founded Sanctuary Stays in 2022, advising on short-term rental strategy and operations from Costa Mesa, California. He also founded Vortex Packaging in 2018, developing a selective-aeration tap system for boxed wine, and has led AMNITY LLC since 2011 on projects across toys, office supplies, outdoor gear, tools, and fitness equipment. His granted patent, “Tap and Aerator Apparatus” (US 10,792,631, issued Oct. 6, 2020), covers a no-drip dispenser with optional aeration. Earlier experience includes roles in real estate (licensed 2012–2016) and in instruction, marketing, and business development within martial arts.
