Intercom provides 🏷️#saas messaging products for sales, marketing, and support. Their suite of software is trusted by Sotheby's, New Relic, Atlassian, 📝Shopify, 📝Y Combinator, etc. [1]
Intercom was first recommended by 📝Seth Lesky as a solution for 📝Knowledge Management in the 📝Ghost Influence (community) community. The primary limitation we encountered, and a catalyst for the creation of 📝Mythos One, was the inability to ubiquitously reference what's chronicled in their databases. Put simply, Intercom doesn't like you speaking with other softwares.
