Look.IO was a mobile application plugin that enabled live customer support chat. It was the first to tackle live chat as a feature embedded within applications. HotelTonight was the first customer was and, shortly after raising a small advisory round, the company was acquired by LivePerson. [1]
📝Grant Miller was the Co-Founder of Look.IO and—after it's acquisition by LivePerson—became their Mobile Strategy Director. He rolled out their technology stack to many of LivePerson's biggest customers in retail, banking, and telcom industries.
