Mythos

Noah Adelstein is Head of Growth at 📝Netic, an essential-services SaaS company, and the 🏷️#founder of the gtm engineer, the podcast, Substack, and community he launched in June 2025 to surface the hidden stories, cheat codes, and mental models behind the rise of 📝AI in go-to-market. A full-stack growth and GTM-operations operator based in New York City, he holds a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Before Netic, he spent nearly four years at 📝Rippling, where he was the first marketer on the ground in Australia as APAC Growth Lead in Sydney, then rose through international growth roles to Director of Automated Growth — scaling the company's expansion across markets. Earlier he worked in growth at 📝Hearth and as a venture partner at 📝Contrary Capital. Through the gtm engineer he runs interviews with operators across the field and a recurring weekly 📝GTM Engineering roundup, and he convenes the GTM Engineer Lab community. His own work is the throughline of the brand: an operator who builds growth engines, then documents the playbooks the rest of the field is racing to learn.

I started the gtm engineer because the most useful GTM knowledge was locked inside operators' heads, never written down. This library is where I'm capturing it — the stories, the cheat codes, and the mental models behind how AI is rewiring 📝go-to-market.
