Mythos

The GTM Engineer is where I document the rise of 📝AI in Go-to-Market — the hidden stories, cheat codes, and mental models that the best growth operators use but rarely write down. It's a podcast, a weekly Substack roundup, and a community, all pointed at one question: what actually works now that AI has rewritten the rules of 📝pipeline?

I'm 📝Noah Adelstein. By day I run growth at 📝Netic; before that I spent three-plus years at 📝Rippling building international growth from the ground up — first marketer on the ground in Australia, then scaling expansion across APAC, EMEA, and Canada. I started The GTM Engineer because the most useful tactics I found were buried in DMs and Slack threads, never in the thought-leadership feed. So I go and see — I interview the operators doing the work, run the experiments myself, and report the numbers straight.

📝GTM Engineering is a young discipline and it moves monthly. One week it's 📝context engineering; the next it's content engines, 📝cold-email teardowns from 10,000 replies, or a post-sales team saving 1,800 hours a month with the right automation. I'm less interested in the hype than in the mechanism: what someone built, how it works, and whether the ROI survives contact with reality.

This library is my external brain for all of it — every guest, company, tool, and concept from the show and the newsletter, connected. If you build 📝go-to-market for a living, treat it as a field guide: start anywhere, follow the links, and steal what works.
