📝Commissions Inc. - Founding board member in 2011. After 📝Serent Capital's 2015 recapitalization, I was asked to join the board of the new company. At the first board meeting I suggested we could sell the business quickly for $200m and laid out the plan to do so. We sold it 16 months later for $240m to Fidelity National Financial.
