Daniela Luzi Tudor is a 🏷️#founder and the co-founder and CEO of 📝We Connect Recovery — formally WEconnect Health Management — a Seattle-based behavioral health technology company whose mobile app and outcomes-data platform support people in recovery from substance use disorder. She built both the member-facing product and the clinical data layer behind it, which flags relapse risk to providers before a relapse occurs.
Tudor has said publicly, across interviews and the company's own account of its founding, that she started WEconnect after completing treatment herself and finding the aftercare landscape effectively empty. Under her leadership the company raised more than $11 million and became the first incentives-based recovery program distributed through a major U.S. insurer — a distribution route that matters more than the app itself, since it moves recovery support from something a person must seek out to something their coverage already includes. She has founded or helped launch three ventures in total: WEconnect, The Beats Running Events, and SoundStrokes. She has also taught at 📝General Assembly and served on the team at Unity Recovery.
"My mission is to create experiences and technology that enhances human connection. Right now, focused on addiction but i do other things with music, art, and writing as well."
