The Assured Party refers to any individual engaged in a relationship or dynamic with a 📝Bonded Party, an individual bonded by a 📝Guardians Assurance policy. As the beneficiary of the policy, the Assured Party holds the right to file formal claims against the Bonded Party’s unique policy number if a breach of the 📝Principles of Relationship Assurance occurs. The Assured Party is not required to be a paying member of the service; their standing is derived solely from their interaction with the Bonded Party. In the event of a validated claim, the Assured Party is the recipient of the restorative outcome, which prioritizes their emotional safety and the acknowledgment of harm over financial compensation.
