Astra Lumina is the relational moniker for a 📝Triad of close friends.

The moniker playfully used between the three of them, and I've adopted it in my writing here to process and share the wonders of their 📝Astra Lumina Wedding Festival and their relating... while maintaining their privacy.

I met E at 📝Burning Man in 2016, under the 📝Traveling Rings of 📝Swing City. We met again by happenstance for the second time at 📝Original Muscle Beach (OMB) and have been friends since. When she met N and L, they had been together thirteen years — married for seven. And, until E, they were monogamous and straight.

All of them were surprised by the connection that emerged between them and, over the course of eight years, I got to witness three 📝sovereign beings discover and 📝co-create their 📝love story as equals in 📝ineffablly beautiful ways.

I then had the opportunity to officiate their wedding.
