Mythos

Breeze is a 📝HubSpot product: the AI layer across HubSpot's platform, spanning an in-app assistant, autonomous agents, a studio for configuring them, and data enrichment. HubSpot introduced the Breeze name at INBOUND in September 2024, folding in the 📝Clearbit data business it acquired in December 2023 as Breeze Intelligence; agents and intelligence features draw on one pool of HubSpot Credits at $10 per 1,000, and since April 14, 2026 the Customer and Prospecting Agents bill per outcome — about $0.50 per resolved conversation and $1 per lead recommended for outreach. It is for HubSpot customers on paid plans, which include roughly 500 credits a month on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, and 5,000 on Enterprise, resetting monthly without rollover.

Breeze shows a platform's AI at its best on data already inside it. When the job is building a target list and finding verified emails at volume, we pay per result in Clay or Cargo and send the output into whichever CRM a client runs.

Key Features

  • Breeze Assistant — An in-app AI chat that knows the account's data and subscription, so it answers questions, makes recommendations, and takes actions without any setup.
  • Breeze Agents — Autonomous agents for support, prospecting, and data questions, including the 📝Breeze Prospecting Agent, billed in credits per completed outcome.
  • Breeze Studio — Where admins configure agents, including connecting external MCP servers through HubSpot's MCP client so agents can act in tools outside HubSpot.
  • 📝Breeze Intelligence — Contact and company enrichment plus buyer-intent signals from website visits, built on the Clearbit data HubSpot acquired in 2023.
  • Shared credit pool — One monthly allowance of HubSpot Credits funds agents and intelligence features, with packs sold on top once the included credits run out.

Getting Started

  1. Start from a paid HubSpot subscription on Starter, Professional, or Enterprise.
  2. Open Breeze Assistant in the account and ask a question about your data.
  3. Go to Breeze, then Breeze Studio, to configure or customize an agent.
  4. Review included credits and buy a pack if agent usage will exceed them.
