Cristina Apple Georgoulakis is a systems-thinking CX leader turned Venture Capitalist. She started her career in Barcelona working in online language education and product design. After seven years of building her career and community abroad, she moved to San Francisco to open Typeform’s first US office where she was Global Head of Customer Engagement. She has since held leadership roles in two hyper-growth SaaS startups where she built and operationalized teams from scratch and serves as coach, facilitator, and service designer for The Grand World.

Georgoulakis values driving growth in people and organizations. To do that, she keeps an eye on the company’s mission, people, and business outcomes. Born in Miami as the daughter of Cuban-Greek immigrants, Cristina witnessed the courage and resilience needed to go after a better life. Along her journey, she’s taken on many passion-lead jobs including small-business owner, jeweler, voice-over artist, executive coach, service designer, and co-founder of an e-learning SaaS platform.
