
Happy Monday! As an exciting personal update, I’ve decided to leave 📝Rippling and join 📝Netic as Head of Growth. I wrote about mywhyhere.
I talked to some of the smartest 📝GTM Engineering, marketing, and product folks I know during this process, and I learned a lot about choosing your next adventure. I spent time understanding what sorts of roles are in the market right now, clarified the different things you could be optimizing for in a role like this, I built a framework for the different types of tech companies and pressure tested what I personally wanted.
