The Forecast is a done-for-you business reporting and forecasting service for small and growing companies, founded by 📝Jeff Abrams. It automates the creation of an 📝Integrated Financial Model (IFM), bringing a business's data into one place so owners can see where they stand and where they are headed.
The Forecast grew out of the 📝BrightZen Systems consulting practice, where Abrams and 📝John Zdanowski built and reviewed thousands of integrated financial models for their clients. It productizes the forecasting core of 📝Our Framework, using the model to align a team around shared goals and support decisions across the whole business. Abrams has also hosted The Forecast Live, a recurring online session that walks business owners through the approach.
After building and reviewing thousands of Integrated Financial Models, Jeff and I developed a system for automating them. The insights they reveal help people set and achieve their goals. The Forecast is that system.
