G-Accon for QuickBooks is a Google Sheets add-on that pulls 📝Quickbooks Online accounting reports into a spreadsheet tab and can refresh them on a schedule.
The connector links the 📝General Ledger to spreadsheet models such as the 📝Integrated Financial Model (IFM), so report data lands in Google Sheets without manual exports. Reports can be saved as templates and reloaded from the cloud, and selecting every account, class and item keeps new ledger entries from dropping out of the pull. As of 2026 the add-on installs from Extensions > Add-ons in Google Sheets, and its menu path reads G-Accon for QuickBooks > Get Accounting Data/Reports; the "Get accounting reports" label below reflects the earlier menu.

- Make a new tab
- Either load the saved template from the cloud or "Get accounting reports" and set it up like this

On the Accounts, Classes and Items at the bottom, make sure that you click on the the check box with the check to select all the Accounts, Classes and Items.
