Mythos

Load management is adjusting volume and intensity so tissue adapts instead of breaking down.

In ๐Ÿ“Sports Therapy that is the training-week conversation: a deload, a taper, a skipped interval, more sleep. It is planning, not a diagnosis, and not a promise that managing load prevents injury. Acute, unexplained, or worsening pain still goes to a licensed clinician.

Clients feel the difference as a week they can absorb. More table time is not a substitute for less load.
