Orca Pacific was a pioneering full-service 📝Amazon agency founded in 2008 by 📝John Ghiorso in Seattle, Washington. Orca Pacific quickly established itself by helping major consumer brands optimize their Amazon presence, providing services in advertising, operations, and content strategy through proprietary tools and the expertise of former Amazonians and retail professionals. The agency’s offerings included 📝Search Engine Optimization (SEO), product content, and Amazon Brand Store optimization; 📝Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and demand-side platform advertising; Vendor and Seller Central account management; and operational consulting on chargebacks and demand planning. By scaling these services, it grew to more than 50 employees and served over 100 brands including Reebok, Del Monte, Uni-ball, Godiva, and OshKosh B’gosh. In 2020, Orca Pacific was acquired by S4 Capital, founded by Sir Martin Sorrell, and merged with its data practice MightyHive to expand e-commerce capabilities. Following the acquisition, the firm was integrated into 📝Media.Monks, S4’s unified global brand, where its Amazon specialists joined cross-disciplinary teams in creative, data, and media, strengthening Media.Monks’ position as a leader in digital marketing and full-funnel e-commerce.
