I was introduced to "Best Day Ever" by 📝Trevor Soares and, present for his continued repetition, found myself affirming it too. Following his suggestion, the phrase "Best Day Ever" became my first words spoken each morning. I added a marquee sign at eye level over my toilet to remind me.
As my "Best Day Ever" manifested with greater magnitude and increasing frequency, I became more confident in my ability to call it into myself. My 'Best Day Ever' coffee mug has become my favorite.
