Objective
Robbe Richman is a culture architect, keynote #speaker, leadership consultant, and #author of theCulture Blueprint. He's is the creator of Xpill; a functional placebo in which "the only active ingredient is you." Richman has spoken and consulted for organizations such as Google, IBM, Toyota, Whole Foods, ING Group, Capital One, Harvard's Innovation Lab, Tony Robbins, and NSA.
In 2008, Richman was brought into Zappos by Tony Hsieh to scale the company's culture and grow it into a business—now called Zappos Insights; an immersive experience to educate businesses on culture development. As Hsieh called it, "turning a cost center into a profit center."
Prior to his work with Zappos, he co-founded Affinity Lab; a 3,000 sq./ft. collaborative workspace and one of the first co-work spaces in America.
Richman attended Georgetown University Leadership Coaching School in 2004. During this time, he met Dave Logan and later became the marketer for Tribal Leadership. He delivers a kind of time compression for the goals of the individuals and organizations with whom he works.
