Mythos

Robbe Richman is a 🏷️#culture-architect, 🏷️#keynote-speaker, and 🏷️#author of the 📝Culture Blueprint, best known for scaling 📝Zappos's employee culture into a multi-million-dollar education business and creating 📝Xpill, a functional placebo whose "only active ingredient is you."

In 2008, Richman was brought into Zappos by 📝Tony Hsieh to scale the company's culture and turn it into a business — Zappos Insights — which Hsieh called "turning a cost center into a profit center." Prior to Zappos, Richman co-founded 📝Affinity Lab, one of America's first coworking spaces. He attended Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching School in 2004, where he met 📝Dave Logan and later became the marketer for 📝Tribal Leadership. Richman has spoken or consulted for Google, IBM, Toyota, Whole Foods, ING Group, Capital One, Harvard's Innovation Lab, NSA, and 📝Tony Robbins's organization.

Robbe was introduced to me years ago by a former roommate, and we've stayed in touch ever since. He was an early member of 📝Ghost Influence (community) and a 📝player at 📝Symposium — I really value his perspective on leadership and company culture.
