[Dave Logan](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dave_Logan_(writer)) (born 1968) is an American 🏷️#writer and professor, best known for co-authoring 📝Tribal Leadership with John King and Halee Fischer-Wright — a New York Times Bestseller that distilled years of organizational research into a five-stage model of how tribes within companies form, function, and evolve.
Logan teaches at the USC Marshall School of Business, where his research focuses on organizational culture, leadership behavior, and the social structures of high-performing teams. He co-founded CultureSync, a consulting firm built around the Tribal Leadership framework, and has co-authored additional books on leadership and negotiation. His TED talk presenting the tribal-leadership framework has circulated widely since its release.
