Reclaiming Conversation: The Power of Talk in a Digital Age is an investigation, by author Sherry Turkle, into how a flight from conversation undermines our relationships, creativity, and productivity—and why reclaiming face-to-face conversation can help humanity regain lost ground. Reclaiming Conversation, suggested to me by @Judy Estrin, was my first introduction to the phrase @Digital Empathy and the power that language afforded in discussing @Growth Hacking.
