Aria Safar is an 🏷️#investor serving as Vice President, Investments at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI), a nonprofit founded as an economic-development initiative by the City of Los Angeles and its Department of Water & Power. In that role she works on commercializing clean technologies and supporting LACI's portfolio of cleantech startups, and has moderated programming such as LACI's "Road to 2028" leadership summit on zero-emission transportation ahead of the LA Olympics.

Before LACI, Safar was a venture partner at Parallel and held roles connected to the Annenberg Foundation, Nike, the City of Los Angeles, EY, and earlier legal and policy work spanning the federal judiciary, WilmerHale, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
