Jason Shafton is an 🏷️#entrepreneur, 🏷️#product-manager, and 🏷️#marketing-executive with more than two decades of experience in technology, wellness, and media. He is the co-founder and CEO of 📝Winston Francois, a consulting firm based in 📝Los Angeles, CA that advises startups and global brands on growth strategy, 📝Product-Market Fit (PMF), organizational design, and branding. Shafton’s career began at 📝Google in 2007, where he helped launch Google Music and Google Play and contributed to scaling Google Ads. He later worked at 📝Comedy Central, overseeing consumer marketing campaigns for shows such as 📝South Park, The Daily Show, and Broad City. In 2014, he co-founded 📝Heal, an in-home healthcare service later acquired by Humana, before becoming Chief Marketing Officer at Soothe in 2017 and Vice President of Marketing at 📝Headspace in 2018, where he expanded the platform’s global reach. He currently leads Vively Health, focusing on accessible patient care.

Jason and I were introduced by 📝Brian Rabben in 2018 as Winston Francois was kicking off. He brought me in to run growth strategy for a mobile app startup with a first time founder who became problematic, but seeing how he handled the situation was endearing.
