Mythos

Tzen (Suzanne) Lai is a product strategist, systems thinker, and embodied transformation guide whose work bridges technology, human behavior, relational dynamics, and conscious power.

She is the founder of Tzen Consulting, where she provides fractional leadership and strategic advisory services to early-stage startups, enterprise organizations, and founder-led ventures navigating complexity, scale, and product clarity. Lai specializes in product strategy, roadmap development, 📝Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition and execution, organizational alignment, and systems optimization — with a focus on helping teams move from ambiguity to traction while de-risking product and operational investments.

Since establishing Tzen Consulting in 2023, Lai has served as a fractional Head of Product and strategic advisor for ventures including BuyerBoard, where she directed the company’s mobile platform MVP from concept to launch in 11 months, helping reduce development time by an estimated 30–50% through improved prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution structure. She also led product discovery for the PropTech platform RLTY, identifying critical technical and operational dependencies that ultimately informed a strategic “no-go” decision that preserved company resources and prevented misaligned investment.

As co-founder and product lead of WorldKam, Lai is helping build a real-world visual presence infrastructure platform designed to connect businesses, creators, brands, events, and individuals with on-demand photographers and videographers in real time. Positioned at the intersection of the creator economy, marketplace infrastructure, and AI-enabled media logistics, WorldKam aims to transform visual content production into an instantly accessible utility layer — enabling users to request and coordinate professional visual capture as easily as booking transportation or food delivery.

Lai has co-led product strategy, marketplace architecture, user experience design, onboarding systems, creator lifecycle strategy, and execution planning for the platform’s MVP and post-MVP roadmap. She co-defined the core operational systems supporting marketplace liquidity, creator verification, booking workflows, messaging, notifications, payments, ratings, and real-time coordination. Working closely with engineering and operations, she has overseen execution using FlutterFlow, Supabase, Firebase, Stripe, and AI-assisted operational tooling to accelerate development velocity and lean marketplace scaling.

Under Lai’s product leadership alongside with the Mathias Omotola, CEO of WorldKam, WorldKam has evolved from a transactional photography marketplace into a broader infrastructure vision centered on visual presence, real-world capture logistics, and creator-enabled media distribution. The company’s longer-term roadmap includes AI-assisted production workflows, creator operational tooling, distributed visual intelligence systems, enterprise and event coverage networks, and authenticated real-world media capture layers designed to support emerging creator, commerce, and information ecosystems.

Lai has also co-led strategic work around marketplace liquidity modeling, geographic expansion frameworks, creator acquisition systems, operational analytics architecture, and investor positioning. Her systems-oriented approach combines marketplace dynamics, human-centered product design, operational scalability, and behavioral insight to help shape WorldKam into a scalable two-sided platform capable of supporting both independent creators and enterprise visual coverage needs.

Prior to her consulting practice, Lai held senior product leadership roles at major technology companies spanning SaaS, enterprise workflow automation, ticketing, communications, and CRM platforms. At ServiceNow, she led the development of “Playbook,” a 📝Low-Code workflow automation product, that exceeded adoption targets by 60% across five business units within its first year. During her tenure at📝Ticketmaster, she managed the event discovery architecture and contributed to a patented triggered queue system, implementing algorithm improvements that drove a 5% lift in funnel conversion and a 3% lift in secondary ticketing sales. Earlier in her career at Sage, Lai managed the ACT! CRM product line, leading a release that increased the 📝Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 60% and overseeing global expansion into nine international markets. Her background also includes product delivery for VoIP and web conferencing solutions at Inter-Tel.

Alongside her work in technology and product strategy, Lai is also the creator of 📝Sweet Surrender— an evolving body of transformational, consent-forward, and embodiment-based work exploring power, surrender, 📝Relational Sovereignty, nervous system awareness, erotic intelligence, and conscious intimacy. Through workshops, facilitation, coaching, immersive experiences, and written essays, Sweet Surrender integrates elements of BDSM, somatic awareness, emotional attunement, ritual, communication, and embodied leadership into a framework designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves, their desires, their relational patterns, and their capacity for presence and surrender.

Within Sweet Surrender, Lai is known for blending strategic clarity with emotional intelligence and deeply attuned facilitation. Her work centers on creating containers that feel psychologically safe, emotionally grounded, intellectually engaging, and experientially transformative. She approaches power dynamics not as performance, but as a pathway into self-awareness, nervous system regulation, trust, truth-telling, and personal agency. Her facilitation style is often described as calm, precise, intuitive, compassionate, and deeply present — integrating both structure and softness, sovereignty and surrender.
