📝Partners in Presence, aka Brian and Chantle, are excited to see and hug you at our wedding and the events surrounding. We've put together this 📝memo with details about those in attendance, the biome sharing that is to be expected, and protocols to ensure that all present are/feel safe.

Below is a list of those to be physically present on/around 11/11. Please be aware, two individuals in the wedding party have pre-existing conditions and the nation's COVID cases are spiking.

Protocols

We kindly request that all present on 11/11 self-quarantine for two weeks prior (10/27-11/11) so as to enable all attending our wedding can be fully present without fear or anxiety. We kindly request:

• Essential activities only (grocery store and in-person work if absolutely necessary)
• No indoor gatherings with those not attending the wedding, masked or otherwise
• Outdoor gatherings only if masked and distanced with >2 others (ideally not though)
• Wedding-related grooming permitted only if masked and outdoors, ideally prior to 11/1
• Negative COVID test (nasal or oral) is required within 96 hours of travel/attendance

Since testing after traveling is not viable, all those flying have consented to stringent protocols and vigilant awareness thereof (masks, face shields, seat covers, avoiding restroom use, etc.). We are watching, and will continue to watch, hotspots while maintaining open communication till 11/11.

Mutually Agreed Exceptions

• Chase is will be continuing to see clients as massage therapist until 11/8. He works with a small group of clients and is always masked. He will be masked and distanced on 11/11.
