Erik Stenberg is a senior associate 🏷️#attorney at Morgan & Morgan, the large U.S. plaintiffs' law firm, where his practice centers on representing injured workers through the workers' compensation appeals process. He earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law, with certifications in tax and entertainment law, and holds undergraduate degrees in criminal justice administration and psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Stenberg practiced employment and administrative law across several California firms, litigating wage-and-hour disputes and advising on OSHA compliance, and has tried hundreds of cases over his career. Outside the courtroom he is a competitive fencer and a student of historical European martial arts, including Italian rapier and German longsword.
