Mathilde Leo is a 🏷️#community-builder, former 🏷️#digital-nomad, muay thai fighter, and was Head of Community at 📝Circle — a role through which she shaped the platform's early creator-community partnership ecosystem.
Prior to Circle, Leo co-founded MakingJam and ran the JAM event series — conferences, retreats, and virtual experiences for those on a mission to build great products. She curated over 150 talks at events including JAM London, JAM Barcelona, and Product Leaders Weekend, gathering more than 5,000 makers from around the world to share stories, experiences, and lessons learned, with speakers from Netflix, Intercom, Strava, and Monzo. Leo also mentors aspiring product managers, contributes to ForbesWomen, and prior to MakingJam served as Product Lead at a number of high-growth London startups. She describes herself as a neuroscience nerd and currently lives in Lisbon.
Mathilde was Head of Community at Circle when I got on early and became one of their first partners and affiliates. She was my primary point of contact — always super energetic and delightful, a force of nature in the best ways. I still miss working with her on a daily basis.
