One Inc is a Venture Studio primarily funded by affiliate and referral commissions generated through education, entertaining demonstration, and extensive personal and community networks. We are referral partners for 50+ organizations—split somewhat evenly between software and service offerings.

Subjective

For Softwares:

• A software product that's robust, complex, and relatively unknown.

• Commission rate of 20-30% of revenue.

• Commission payouts for the life of the customer.

• Software like Rewardful or Dub.co that enables me to send traffic to any page on your website.

• Second level of commission for partial duration for referring and coaching other affiliate partners.

For Services:

• A managed service that's specific, robust, and relatively unknown.

• Commission rate of 10-20% of revenue.

• Commission payout for the life of the customer.

• Solid sales materials (websites, decks, one-sheets, etc.)

• High rates of lead conversion and customer retention for more and longer payouts.

• Second level of commission for partial duration for referring and coaching other referral partners.
