The Harrison Assessment is a suitability assessment designed to measure engagement, motivation, interpersonal skills, and retention factors related to specific jobs. [1] The Harrison Assessment uses probability theory and mathematics to assess people's beliefs; those which drive the behaviors measured by assessments like Meyers Briggs and DISC. I learned of Harrison Assessments from @Teddy Tannenbaum asked if he could administer one on me and then spent two hours debriefing me to explain the system. My favorite remark during this process was, "this is interesting, you're in the quadrant for 'avoids communication', but you've built technology (referring to @Mythos One) to mitigate your connection with the world."
