Mythos

Invocation

This practice is a daily return to myself.

Before the demands of the day, before expectations, obligations, goals, or responsibilities, I pause and listen.

I am not trying to become someone else.

I am learning to more fully inhabit and express who I already am.

These questions help me stay connected to what is true, what I need, and what wants to emerge through me today.

One day at a time.

One breath at a time.

One choice at a time.

Daily orientation

Regardless of who chooses me today… I choose myself.

Regardless of who desires me today… I remain worthy.

Regardless of what I accomplish today… I am enough.
