Context

ServiceNow represented a different challenge.

Rather than serving millions of consumers, the work centered on helping large organizations operate more effectively.

The challenge wasn’t simply building software. It was helping teams navigate complexity.

My Role

I owned roadmap strategy and product development for low-code and no-code workflow capabilities, helping internal teams create solutions more efficiently while balancing long-term platform needs.

Outcomes

  • Led product strategy for workflow automation capabilities within the platform.
  • Exceeded adoption goals by enabling five internal teams to adopt the platform within the first year versus a target of three.
  • Reduced workflow creation time by approximately 30%.
  • Influenced platform strategy, prioritization, and experience design decisions across senior stakeholders.  

What It Taught Me

Complexity itself is rarely the problem.

Confusion is.

People can navigate extraordinary complexity when they have clarity.

This lesson would later become one of the foundations of how I coach founders, facilitate transformations, and support clients through uncertainty.
