Community Search reaches past your own library to the public memos other creators have published — the discovery half of 📝Quick Find & Discovery. One search service surfaces public, claimed-author memos across MythOS, so a query can show you not just what you wrote but what the wider platform has made public. It's how a single library opens onto the whole network.
Key Capabilities
- Cross-library discovery — searches public memos by other creators platform-wide
- Public-only — matches fully public memos by claimed authors; unlisted and private work is excluded
- Title and tag matching — substring over titles and tags, with
#for exact tags - Three surfaces, one engine — powers the command palette, the
@-mention picker, and the creator-page results footer - Works logged out — anonymous visitors get the same public results
- Author attribution — each result shows which creator published it
Getting Started
- Search on any creator's page — public memos by other creators appear in a Community block beneath that creator's own results
- Or open the 📝Command Palette with
⌘Kand look under Community Memos - While writing, type
@and open the Community zone to mention another creator's public memo
FAQ
- Whose memos show up? Only fully public memos by claimed creators. Unlisted, hidden, and private memos never appear.
- Does it search my own library too? Your own memos lead the results; the Community section sits below them and covers everyone else.
- Can I use it without an account? Yes — community results are public, so they show even when you're logged out.
- Is this the same as a community? No — this is cross-library discovery of public memos, distinct from 📝Communities, which are moderated shared spaces.
