Broker Generator is a recruiting service for real estate brokerages, co-founded by 📝Matt Stamer and 📝Jeff Abrams. It automates agent recruitment for brokers, finding and engaging candidates and booking interviews, with a stated aim of about ten appointments with interested candidates per month, and it serves brokerages across the United States and Canada. It has also extended its approach to recruiting loan officers and insurance professionals.
The service packages Stamer's own recruiting playbook: before Broker Generator he built a brokerage of more than 180 employees producing over $100 million in annual transactions, sold it, and was ranked 21st among top U.S. real estate professionals by The Wall Street Journal, according to the company. Broker Generator was formed as a partnership between Stamer and 📝BrightZen Systems, the 📝Venture Operating Company co-founded by 📝John Zdanowski and Abrams, which contributed technology and financial modeling. The company markets itself as "the Ultimate Agent Recruiting System."
