Mythos

I've said this so many times in so many businesses over so many years that I registered the domain name WeeklyAccounting.com. I imagine that it wasn't registered by anyone else ever because no one expects accountants to think weekly. I think that's probably because banks send statements monthly. We were never trained as accountants, and we've never worked at a bank. We are electrical engineers and economists.

Having been CFO for a number of 📝rapidly growing companies, we always wanted the accounting team to keep the transactions up to date in QuickBooks, but none found the time. It was so important to us that we ended up doing it ourselves. By doing it ourselves, we could see every transaction that went in and out of the business every week. We found ourselves doing it for so many companies that we created 📝Weekly Accounting to "automate" or "productize" that part of our requirements for a financial organization into an 📝Eat the Work 📝Profitable Revenue Stream.

Then what

Immediately after turning on Weekly Accounting, we'd inevitably find ourselves setting up the 📝DataLinks to build the 📝Integrated Financial Model (IFM).
