In December, 📝Brian Swichkow called the first meeting of the board of directors of the 📝One Inc Cooperative for 1/11/21 at 5:11pm.
In a prep meeting with 📝Sam Kaplan and Brian, I was feeling the urgent need to finish the bylaws in time for the first board meeting. I drafted them based on the work done by the group behind this fact sheet about 📝California AB 816. I was annoyed when Brian thought we didn't have to do it at the first board meeting.
After some time to reflect, Brian conveyed Go fast, go alone. Go slow, bring others along.
I've annotated the bylaws with intentions that have emerged since the creation of the template draft and the related limitations.
