Charlie Cole is a retail and digital-commerce 🏷️#executive who became chief executive officer of Lands' End on July 13, 2026. He has more than two decades of experience across e-commerce, technology, artificial intelligence, and omnichannel retail.

Cole was named CEO of 📝FTD in March 2020 and led the century-old floral company through a reinvention during the pandemic. Before FTD he was Samsonite's first Global Chief eCommerce Officer and Chief Digital Officer of Tumi; afterward he served as CEO of Tribute Technology, president of XGen AI, and interim chief digital officer of Thuma. Earlier in his career he held digital leadership roles at Schiff Nutrition and Lucky Brand and led The Line within 📝Assembled Brands.
